Vice President of the FSA awarded for contribution to the development of the Russian fisheries industry

Vice President of the Fishery Shipowners Association (FSA) Alexey Osintsev was awarded the medal “For Merits in the Development of the Fishing Industry of Russia”, 2nd degree.

The honorary award was presented by the head of the Federal Agency for Fisheries Ilya Shestakov at an extended meeting of the agency's board on April 8.

Alexey Osintsev has been working in the industry since 1990. The experience gained during this time working in the USSR Ministry of Fisheries, commercial companies in the fishing industry, and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation allowed him to comprehensively study the needs and capabilities of the industry, and the tools for its development.

Thanks to this, Alexey Osintsev successfully contributes to the promotion of initiatives to develop and increase the sustainability of the industry, renew the country's fishing fleet, develop domestic fish processing, and create conditions for training, attracting young specialists to the fishing fleet and retaining personnel in the industry.
