This Consent to the personal data processing (hereinafter also referred to as the Consent) defines the relationship between Russian Fishery Company LLC, incl. persons* affiliated with it located at the address: Vladivostok, Russia, 690001 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), and any individual (hereinafter referred to as the PD Subject**, as this term is defined below), using the Site located at: fsarf.ru/en/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site), for the purposes determined by the Operator.

In this Consent to the personal data processing, the following terms are used: 

"Operator" — employees authorized to manage the site, acting on behalf of LLC "Russian Fishery Company", who organize and (or) process personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

"PD Subject" — a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site.

"Personal data" — any information related to the PD Subject from the number specified in this Consent.

"Processing of personal data" — any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

The PD subject who has used the Site on the Internet provides his personal data to the Operator in one of the following ways:

• by using the feedback form on the Site;

• by sending PD to the Operator's e-mail address indicated on the Site;

• by communicating PD by any phone number of the Operator indicated on the Site;

• by filling out and sending applications.

The implementation of the above-mentioned explicit actions constitutes consent to the processing of PD on the terms of this Consent. The placement of feedback forms is carried out by the Operator, indicating the appropriate notification containing a link to this Consent.

Purpose of processing Personal data:

• conclusion of employment contracts, including, but not limited to: assistance to candidates in employment, creation of a database of potential candidates for vacancies in the fields of the Operator's activity — if the Operator receives personal data, including last name, first name, patronymic, gender, age, city of residence , contact phone numbers, e-mail address (e-mail), place of work, position held, resume and the information it contains, the field of activity of the PD Subject, as well as other data posted in the resume;

• conclusion of civil contracts on the initiative of the PD Subject or contracts under which the PD Subject will be the beneficiary or guarantor — if the Operator receives personal data, including last name, first name, patronymic, gender, age, contact phone number, e-mail address, place work, position held, as well as other data posted in the proposal for cooperation with the Operator, in the application;

• conducting surveys to analyze the level of satisfaction with products and improve product quality — if the Operator receives personal data, including last name, first name, patronymic, gender, age, contact phone number, email address (e-mail), place of work, position held, as well as other data posted in the questionnaires (questionnaires).

1. The Operator processes the following Personal data: last name, first name, patronymic, gender, age, date of birth, contact phone numbers, e-mail addresses, place of work, position held, resume and information contained therein, the sphere of activity of the Subject PD, as well as other data provided by the PD Subject to the Operator through the Operator's Site and (or) other communication methods published by the Operator on the Site, as well as posted in a resume or an offer for other cooperation with the Operator, for the purposes of processing Personal Data determined by this Agreement.

2. The operator collects, records, systematizes, accumulates, uses, stores, clarifies (updates, changes), extracts, uses, transfers (distribution, provision, access), does depersonalization, blocking, deletion, cross-border transfer, destruction of Personal data. The operator carries out automated processing and non-automated processing of personal data.

3. If necessary, the Operator has the right, under the terms of this Consent and solely for the purposes established by the Consent, to transfer PD to Affiliates.

4. The operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to the personal data of unauthorized persons.

5. The personal data of the PD Subject will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of the current legislation.

6. The date of issue of the Consent to the processing of personal data is the date of sending the registration or any other web form from the Site or providing information to the Operator.

7. Consent is valid for 10 (ten) years, or until its withdrawal by the PD Subject in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Based on the written request of the PD Subject (including by e-mail) with a demand to stop processing his Personal data, the Operator undertakes to stop processing them within 3 (three) business days, about which the Subject will be notified within 10 (ten) working days in writing and (or) by e-mail.

8. In matters not regulated by this Consent, the Parties are guided by the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. № 152-ФЗ "On personal data".
