Alexey Osintsev was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Worker of the Fisheries Industry of the Russian Federation"

The title was awarded for his achievements in the field of fisheries and his many years of dedicated work in the industry.
Osintsev has been in the industry since 1990: he began his career at Sofrybflot of the USSR Ministry of Fisheries and then worked for commercial organizations in the fisheries sector. He was an advisor to the Minister and Deputy Director of the Department of Fisheries Regulation at the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia. From October 2019 to December 2024, he headed the FSA, and since December 2024, he has served as Vice President of the Association.
